2021 Showcase Booth Registration Opportunities

EARLY REGISRATION FOR SPONSORS ONLY: September 27th – October 8th.  
You must select a sponsorship to take advantage of this early access.   Booth space will be assigned based on level of sponsorship, order of registration, and preference for booth location. Registration, including sponsorship, must be paid during the two week period to qualify.  Please process any check payments ASAP to secure spot (credit card can be used with a 3% fee). 

Regular Registration for Associate Members: open October 12th – November 1st
Booth space selection will be limited to those booths not secured during the sponsor-only registration period and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with sponsors (you can choose to sponsor the Showcase at any time) receiving priority. A booth placement email was sent out November 1st to all registered exhibitors. Please make sure you have checked all the details and reply to the email with any updates/changes.  

Late Registration: November 2nd – November 22nd
Registration will remain open through November 22nd, but booth space selection will be limited - you will be placed where there is space available.

*Booth Details:

Each booth includes: pipe and draping; one 4, 6, 8-foot skirted table, OR one 6-foot x 18 inches wide schoolies table; two chairs; one garbage can; one display sign; one 110V electrical outlet; and wireless internet access. Additional tables and chairs are available at an additional fee. Rental Aide will be available during the show for any last-minute set-up requests (additional fees may apply).

Booths 1-61 are 10’ wide by 8’ deep
Booths 62-87 are 10’ wide by 6’ deep

Booths 11&12, 21&26, 27&36, 37&46, 51&52 can be sold as double booths and turned to face the entrance of the convention center.
*Guests:

MTA Associate Members can invite ONE, non-MTA member in their booth to visit our Showcase for the first time. This rate does not apply to past attendees or past MTA Associate Members. This will allow non-MTA members to preview our Showcase.  If these same vendors wish to attend our Showcase again, normal registration fees will apply.  Please email us if interested in this option.

Shipping

MTA is again working with Pillar Event Services for your shipping needs. Download Pillar's Shipping Information. For shipments requiring a pallet jack or a single item weighing more than 150 pounds, you must arrange to have your shipment delivered to the hotel directly.  It is the responsibility of the motor carrier to furnish a pallet jack for the shipment. Please make sure your carrier does indeed have a pallet jack BEFORE shipment is arranged.  Shipments sent to the hotel must be identified by the vendor’s name and booth number. Please contact the Billings Hotel and Convention Center for any questions: 406-867-8239.
