Executive Director - Broadband Association of North Dakota (“BAND”), Bismarck, ND

The Broadband Association of North Dakota (“BAND”) has a long and successful history of representing rural telecommunications and broadband industry interests in the State of North Dakota. BAND and its leadership have been a voice of influence for decades on both State and Federal communications-related policy matters. The Association supports the development and adoption of public policies that allow its member companies to deploy and use the newest and best technologies and provide North Dakotans with affordable access to state-of-the-art communications services, including high-quality, high-speed broadband.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Association is immediately seeking a new Executive Director. The Executive Director will have comprehensive financial and managerial responsibilities for BAND operations, lead the Association’s lobbying and marketing efforts, and will report directly to the Association’s Board of Directors.

Broadband Program Specialist (NTE 4 Years)

This position is located in the Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth (OICG) The incumbent will manage grants and coordinate with broadband stakeholders and partners, including state, local, and community leaders, as well as internal NTIA and DOC offices to achieve U.S. broadband equity, access, and deployment goals.

FOREMAN/DIRECTIONAL DRILL OPERATOR– Experience operating underground horizontal boring drills required.  CDL License is preferred and must be able to travel.  Crew Management experience preferred.  Most of the work performed is located within the state of Montana but there is an opportunity to work outside of Montana depending on weather and project needs.  Excellent pay and benefits.  

LABORERS -  Must have valid driver’s license and must be able to travel.  Most of the work performed is located within the state of Montana but there is an opportunity to work outside of Montana depending on weather and project needs.  Excellent pay and benefits.  

OPERATORS – Excavator operation experience preferred.  Must have valid driver’s license and must be able to travel.  Most of the work performed is located within the state of Montana but there is an opportunity to work outside of Montana depending on weather and project needs.  Excellent pay and benefits.
