2026 Showcase - Trade Show Registration

Room reservations can be made by calling 406-252-7400 or click here and reference Montana Broadband Conference or CDT970. Room rates start at $165/night plus tax. Please note if you are booking outside the contractual nights of January 5th, 6th and 7th, you must call. Room block rate expires December 5, 2025.

Booth Registration Options

EARLY REGISRATION FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBER SPONSORS ONLY: September 22nd - October 3rd
You must select a sponsorship to take advantage of this early access (does not include digital ads or packet insert).  Booth space will be assigned based on level of sponsorship, order of registration, and preference for booth location.  Registration, including sponsorship, must be paid during the registration period to qualify.  A booth placement email will be sent out to all that registered by October 10th. 

GENERAL REGISTRATION: October 13th - November 7th
Booth space selection will be limited to those booths not secured during the sponsor-only registration period and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with sponsors (you can choose to sponsor the Showcase at any time) receiving priority. A booth placement email will be sent out to all that registered by November 14th.

FINAL REGISTRATION: After November 14th (late pricing after November 28th)
No registrations (including adding additional company representatives) will be accepted after December 31st, 2025.  Substitutions allowed.

BEFORE REGISTERING PLEASE CHECK THE NAMES IN YOUR COMPANY PROFILE AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE A CURRENT MEMBER (CLICK LINK).  IF THE PERSON OR PERSONS YOU ARE TRYING TO REGISTER ARE NOT UNDER YOUR COMPANY PROFILE, YOU OVERWRITE EXISTING COMPANY PROFILES.   Email US IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE.
