Booth Registration Dates

EARLY REGISRATION FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBER SPONSORS ONLY: September 21st - October 2nd
You must select a sponsorship to take advantage of this early access (does not include board presentation or sponsor packet).  Booth spaces will be assigned based on level of sponsorship, order of registration, and preference for booth location. Registration, including sponsorship, must be paid during the registration period to qualify. A booth placement email will be sent to all that registered by October 9th.  

GENERAL REGISTRATION: October 12th - October 30th
Booth space selection will be limited to those booths not secured during the sponsor-only registration period and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with sponsors (you can choose to sponsor the Showcase at any time) receiving priority.  A booth placement email will be sent out to all that registered by November 6th.

FINAL REGISTRATION: Starting no later than November 9th (late pricing after November 30th)
No registrations (including walk ins and adding additional company representatives) are accepted after December 31^st, 2026. Please plan accordingly. NO EXCEPTIONS. Substitutions for those already registered, at the same company, are allowed.
